Action - before: wait . Is that something we can actually act on?

This is my setting:

# popclip

name: Spell

before: copy

shortcut name: ProofreadChatGPT

and I want something like this:

# popclip

name: Spell

before: copy

shortcut name: ProofreadChatGPT

before: wait (3 or 5 seconds)

before: cut

before: paste

So basically, idea is to cut the selected text and then paste the Shortcut output from the clipboard and I need Wait or Pause before I get the shortcut respond.
