An extension to just show a tooltip (not paste ) with the translated date time

My usecase is to

  1. Select any date time format and select an extention from Popclip which translates that into a good
    readable format of date time in 12 hour format in PST and show it in a tooltip which vanishes if I click somewhere else

Does, Such extension exist or is it possible with popclip ?

Not existing that I know of. Theoretically should be quite possible though, it’s the date parsing and reformatting part that will need a bit of thought.
