Yes, that’s right, because once you trigger with the shortcut key, PopClip itself takes the keyboard focus. It’s by design.

And also, the shortcut being not affected by the exclusion feature is by design as well. It is not a bug. The exclusion feature only applies to automatic appearance after mouse selection.
