Extension ToDo doesn't work

Hello,
on my MacBookAir M1 (latest software version MacOS and PopCliP) the extension ToDo (Todo — PopClip Extensions) doesn’t work.

Do you have an idea what I can do to check where the failure is?

My main system language is German if this could be a reason.
