Is there any extensions to Finding files in macOS Finder,
or how to make one?

Interesting one. I’m not sure if there is a programmatic Finder interface for this (anyone?). Would probably need to be done with UI scripting in AppleScript, similar to the Music one.
If this isn’t being incorporated into a larger script then why not use a keyboard shortcut to call a Spotlight search?
