Flesh Kincaid Extension?

I’m not a developer so I’m just asking: would it be possible to create an extension that provides a reading level score for the selected text? I’m thinking of the well known Flesh Kincaid scoring system found here: Flesch Kincaid Calculator | Good Calculators

I noticed that if you scroll down the Flesch Kincaid page they actually give you the formula for how they make their reading score calculations.
