From image to plain text/code for GPT

Would it be possible to convert an image to plain text/short code for GPT to describe?

I am using GPT4 but I do not have the API yet… therefore I cannot upload images directly.

Not sure. PopClip does not operate on images, only text, so any operation that involves converting an image to something isn’t possible. However, perhaps I have misunderstood the request. Could you give a more detailed example of what you want to achieve, including an example input and the expected output?
