It would be helpful to provide more detailed settings for the position of the bar popup, specifically allowing customization of the vertical and horizontal offset relative to the mouse pointer, to prevent popclip’s popup toolbar from covering existing popup toolbars in some applications, causing inconvenience.
If it’s possible to allow these settings for each application individually, that would be even better.
