There is absolutely no problem when accessing external apps or the OS to copy, open a dictionary, launch notes, etc. However, when performing actions that open a new tab in the browser, such as searching on Amazon or opening Google Maps, there is a delay of more than 30 seconds, and you end up watching a circular dialog keep spinning.
Hi, this is a know issue that can affect Chromium based browsers, I’m working on trying to finally understand and fix this for the next version of PopClip, if possible, but this is due to Apple scripting issues with browsers.
Sometimes quitting and restarting the browser, or restarting the Mac, can solve it.
Otherwise, as a workaround, please run the following command in terminal:
defaults write com.pilotmoon.popclip DisableBrowserTabScripts -bool YES
6073 here, back to 6054.

I do have one question, however: this issue did not exist previously but only began occurring within the last two weeks or so. Could this be due to a recent update to the browser (Brave)?
I realize that this problem does not occur in other browsers like Firefox—confirming it is specific to Chromium-based browsers—but I wanted to point out that it likely stems from recent updates to those browsers.
I’ve not determined the exact cause, but it does appear to be a glitch in the browser state. Some users have found that reinstalling the browser can help too.
