I added the Music extension yo PopClip. When I used it, it asked for permissions. Instead of saying “yes”, I said “no”. This obviously made the extension useless. I decided to give it permissions.
I deleted it and re-added but it did not request permissions again. It obviously needs at least one but I am not sure which to add manually for PopClip
Can someone provide this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, macOS only lets applications ask once. Once you say no, it is never allowed to ask again. Even deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help because macOS remembers the app.
Anyway, the permission is needs is Automation, for both Music and System Events.

Thanks for the help on this. It had Music but was missing System Events. It is now working perfectly.
