Could you implement balloon message when I popup PopClip message using keyboard and moving using arrows? Currently this information message shows only when I mouse over selected field. I use small icons and not always see which option is currently hilighted.

The balloon message is called a “tooltip”.
So gently ask about implementation, please!
Yea - tooltip, of course, but in other environments it still named “balloon message” 
No promises. I entered the suggestion into my enormous list of suggestions.
