PopClip does not work on Safari websites containing a PDF file

I am using Safari version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8) and when I am on a website where a PDF file is presented, when I select text, PopClip does not open.

For example, at this URL: https://www.esma.europa.eu/sites/default/files/2024-07/ESMA75-453128700-1229_Final_Report_MiCA_CP2.pdf

I’m trying with Safari 18.1 and currently it is working for me. I’ll try and get it to update to 18.2 and I’ll check again.

To narrow down the problem, it’s only happening when I use Safari browser version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8). It works fine when I use Firefox, Edge or Chrome browsers.

I have checked Safari’s settings and I don’t see anything unusual.
