Apple announced that macOS 14 Sonoma will be released on Tuesday, 26 September (tomorrow, at the time of writing).
To the best of my knowledge, PopClip 2023.9 is compatible with macOS Sonoma. On my Sonoma test machine it is working fine with no known issues, and I have received no messages to report any problems.
