tl;dr PopClip is good to go on Ventura.
As far as I am aware, PopClip 2022.5 is working fine on macOS 13 Ventura, which was released on monday. I haven’t run into any issues myself, and I haven’t had a single Ventura-specific bug report all summer. So, fingers crossed, it might be smooth this time (compared to last year).
