Requesting help with drafts scripts

I want to write PopClip extensions but know nothing about programming, I’ve tried ai to help me but no luck.
I’d like to be able to send to drafts by selecting the text content, writing the selected text at the top using markdown syntax with the “>” citation symbol, and then attaching the link at the bottom (Browser or Deeplink, if you can). I’m willing to pay some fees.
