I’m having the same issue - I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading but nothing fixes it. Weirdly, when I tried to screen record it on my Mac, the issue stopped and reverted when I closed screen recording! Any ideas? Many thanks.
I’ll look into it. Can you confirm which PopClip version and which macOS you are on @jmck91 ?

I signed up for the forum to also say I’m having this issue. I can move my cursor off and back over the PopClip menu and it immediately highlights the hovered selection, but moving the cursor between options appears to not “keep up” in highlighting the currently hovered option.
Can also confirm the issue goes away when screen recording.

Commenting to say the same thing, I have had this issue since I’ve hade popclip but only now have searched for a place to see if it was known/fixable

I don’t know what conditions cause it to go slow.
It’s a known issue that people have reported, but not one I know the reproduction steps for.
I’m wondering if there is some combination of other software running that cases the effect?
Any clues may be helpful.
