Updating Extensions

Hi.

Just a quick question. When extensions are updated on the website, does the app then update them automatically or do we have to do it manually?

You have to download manually. Adding an auto-update feature is high on my wishlist though.

Auto-update would be wonderful! When you get a chance though, it’s not like your task list is particularly short right now :wink:

I would welcome updating extensions from the app with some release notes/changes shown.

Hi! Was just wondering if perchance an auto-update feature is a thing now?? :grimacing: :grin:
Also, thank you for this app that’s saved me from all sorts of high-distraction risks that came with my former workflows!

(Oh, and seeing “:turtle: It’s turtles all the way down” in your Acknowledgements just made my entire week! ^.^)

Thanks for the kind message! No, we’re not there yet. Extension update is still manual.

is there any notifications when an extension is modified and can be updated manually?

There is no notification however you can check the extensions list on the PopClip website and order them by updated date.
