Removed "Show & Tell" category

In my quest to simplify the forum categories, I have removed the “Show and Tell” category. I moved all the posts that were there to the “PopClip Extensions” category. It was pretty much only me posting there anyway.

Please feel free to use the PopClip Extensions category to share extensions and snippets you have made.
